The Island Trails Challenge aimed to encourage Islanders to explore and experience all 12 Island Trails before October 31. Often, we find ourselves repeatedly visiting the same trails, so our goal was to inspire everyone to discover more of the fantastic trails that Prince Edward Island has to offer. Plus, it was a great way to highlight the amazing work our trail volunteers have done since Fiona. Fun events like the Triple Trail Trek and the Up West Hike Fest helped some participants accumulate those kilometres.
